DOROTHY AGBAFE-MOSLEY
Co-founder/Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Mosley is a primary care physician in Wilmington, North Carolina and serves as the medical director for the New Hanover County chapter of the NAACP. Dr. Mosley also has a degree in and is licensed to practice Pharmacy. It has been a dream of Dr. Mosley’s to have the opportunity to use her medical expertise, experience, and resilience to help provide medical treatment to the most underserved patient populations. Dorothy has dedicated her life to helping others through healthcare and plans to expand her endeavors at home and abroad in the hopes of being able to assist as many as possible. She is happily married with four children whom she started and runs StarCare Angels with. StarCare Angels.Dr. Mosley enjoys spending her free time at her local church, gym, and with her family. Dr. Mosley is a co-founder of StarCare Angels and serves as the Chief Operating Officer.

VICTOR AGBAFE
Co-founder/Chief Executive Officer
Victor Agbafe is a recent graduate of Harvard College with a Cum laude degree in government and a language citation in Igbo all while completing his premedical requirements. Victor is very passionate in his belief that all people deserve access to medical care in order to free people to live up to their best potential. Due to this passion, Victor has engaged in healthcare ventures in the U.S. Senate, public policy think tanks, the Harvard Kennedy of government, and at nonprofits and startups. In addition, Victor is very passionate about civic activism and civic engagement as a means to engage with people with a diverse array of experiences and work towards common goals. In victor’s free time he enjoys arduous workouts, a fun day at the beach, and jamming out to music on Spotify. Victor is a Co-founder of StarCare Angels and is currently serving as its CEO.
NNEMKA AGBAFE
Co-founder/Chief Creative Officer
Nnemka Agbafe is a junior at Brown University studying Public Health. Nnemka is very passionate about storytelling and how to give all people the opportunity to present their stories. Due to this passion, she has spent a lot of time providing pro-bono photo sessions for individuals and organizations in Wilmington, North Carolina. In addition, she interviews a wide variety of rising artists and serves as Videos Creative Director for WBRU at Brown University. Nnemka is interested in doing work for Starcare Angels in order to help tackle the chronic disease epidemic ravaging many communities. Nnemka serves as Co-founder and chief creative officer for Starcare Angels.
UGONNA AGBAFE
Co-founder/Chief Marketing Officer
Ugonna has been a part of StarCare Angels since its beginnings where he serves as Chief Marketing Officer. Ugonna is Sophomore at Yale University where he is pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in the history of science, health, and medicine. On-campus, he is involved in the Yale Black Men’s Union and is a board member of Students of the Diaspora. As a believer in the power of a can-do attitude, Ugonna knows that all problems can be solved with hard work, clear vision and focus!
